Day 18: NATIONAL TRANSFORMATION AND RESTORATION

True restoration begins when our heart returns to God, and every other blessings flows from that renewed relationship. We all have a shared responsibility in building our nation. We must be first transformed before we can change a nation. Restoration is carried by the mercy of God, it is an act of God’s mercy.

Joel 2:25 – “So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, The crawling locust, The consuming locust, And the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you.”

True transformation shows when we cultivate the mind of Christ. After salvation there must be a process of transformation by studying the word of God. There must be an obvious change from old to new. We must all submit to transformation. You cannot be a spiritual man have a carnal mind .
The word of God must be the final authority in our lives. The word must find expression in us and through us. We must become one with the word of God.

Philippians 2:5 – “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ”

If we are not transformed God cannot do much with us. It takes character to carry and sustain the anointing. God is looking for surrendered vessels who has His mind and knows His will, so His agenda can continue.

Romans12:2 – “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”

Ezekiel 36:26 – “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh”

1 Peter 5:10 – “But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.”

Jeremiah 30:17 – “For I will restore health to you And heal you of your wounds,’ says the Lord, ‘Because they called you an outcast saying: “This is Zion; No one seeks her.” ’”

Nehemiah 5:11 – “Restore now to them, even this day, their lands, their vineyards, their olive groves, and their houses, also a hundredth of the money and the grain, the new wine and the oil, that you have charged them.” So they said, “We will restore it, and will require nothing from them; we will do as you say.” Then I called the priests, and required an oath from them that they would do according to this promise.”

Prayer Points:

oh Lord we contend for knowledge, because through knowledge shall the just be delivered (Proverbs 11:9).
We speak restoration over this land as we decree it shall be established (it must be spoken)
Every power sitting on anyone’s destiny  or holding this nation bound in captivity we call  on the fire of God against  it. (Zachariah 1:18-19).
Let’s break societal stronghold and  pray for spiritual renewal over this nation.
Lord arise let the enemy of your people scatter.
Lord restore unto me the joy of my salvation and renew a steadfast spirit in me (psalms 51:12)
Lord by your power I step into everything I have lost through lack of insight or discernment .
We move forward ,  we advance,no delay in Jesus’ name.
We must remain the salt that preserve and the light that guides the nations . So church arise , shine for your light has come.
Let’s thank God for our role as a church in our local community, ask for the grace to do more in social aspect of our community .
